(1) Only one account is allowed per company, person or organization. In order to enroll and participate in the Program, you must be over the age of eighteen (18) years, or over the age of majority if you reside and/or conduct business in states, provinces or countries where the age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years. You may not participate in the Program in any way if you are not of the age of majority in the state, province or country where you reside and/or conduct business. (2) We reserve the rights to cancel any account that has an unusually high number of chargebacks and refunds. (3) We offer 60% of the gross revenue to our webmaster partners. Checks are issued weekly. (4) CCbill will pay you for visitors that enter our website(s) through your Treasurebucks links. The amount you are paid is up to 60% of the gross revenue of the sign-up. (5) CCbill will send you a check weekly, in full, for the commission you earned over twenty five dollars. If your payouts are under twenty five dollars then your payout will carry over to the next week. (6) You are free to generate traffic by any method that is not in violation of the terms herein. No traffic from sites that contain material which constitutes an infringement, misappropriation or violation of any person?s intellectual property rights such as copyrights, trademark rights, rights of publicity, patent rights, personal property rights, privacy rights or other rights. (7) E-mail spamming prohibited. This includes e-mail spamming, newsgroups, IRC, ICQ, AOL AIM, MSN IM, Usenet and Message boards. If you violate this term of your agreement you will be terminated from the program and will not be paid. (8) The action of sending any hits from any URLs which contain and/or promote the following content, programs or linking practices will result in the immediate termination of the account from which the hits were sent and the forfeiture of any funds owed that account: password, mp3 or warez sites. Sites containing child pornography, bestiality, spam e-mails or any attemps of deception, fraud, falsification of sign-ups or failure to observe Treasurebucks terms and conditions. We reserve the rights to cancel any account that has an unusually high number of chargebacks and refunds. (9) Treasurebucks will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from complications with your hosting equipment or technical errors. (10) We reserve the right to cancel this program at any time, without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid for ALL accumulated funds up to that point in time, except in cases where it is determined you have cheated by violating this agreement in any way you will not get paid!! (11) Treasurebucks reserves the right to terminate your account if it is idle for more than a month. In such cases you will be notified in advance. (12) We reserve the right to deny any prospective sponsor admittance into our program for any reason, based on the content of their website or for any other reason. (13) We reserve the right to change the payout rate with a 3 day notice. (14) All funds are paid by check in U.S. funds. (15) You must be 18 or 21 years of age, depending on your local juristiction, to participate in the program. (16) Treasurebucks will not accept accounts including, but not necessarily limited to webmasters from: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bulgaria, China, Cost Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kaliningrad, Kazakhstan, Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Moldova, Pakistan, Philippines, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Syria, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan and Yugoslavia (17) A functional username and password must be provided upon request for all password protected URLs of an advertiser's site which have sent hits to the program. The username password combination must remain functional throughout the term of the advertiser's membership to Treasurebucks. Failure to provide a functional username and password within 24 hours of request will result in the termination of that advertiser's account and also may result in the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account. (18) You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Treasurebucks, its shareholders, officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors and assigns, from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages or expense (including attorneys' fees and costs) of any nature whatsoever incurred or suffered by us (collectively the "losses"), insofar as such losses (or actions in respect thereof) arise out of or are based on (a) any claim or threatened claim that our use of your trademark(s) infringes on the rights of any third party; (b) the breach of any promise, covenant, representation or warranty made by you herein; or (c) or any claim related to your site (19) All Treasurebucks program benefits materials, including, without limitation, all advertising banners, photographic materials, recordings, video, sound, and any other form of intellectual property provided to you by Treasurebucks as part of this program shall remain the property of Treasurebucks and may not be copied or reproduced, altered, modified or changed, broadcast, distributed, transmitted or disseminated, sold or offered for sale in any manner, at any time anywhere in the world except as expressly authorized by Treasurebucks in writing. (20) Hot-linking is not allowed - If you are caught hot-linking movie or image files from any of our servers - your acct may be terminated without notice.
